“It is through the soul-cleansing practices of pranayama, posture, and dance that I have located my body, a commitment to vital energy hygiene that was previously missing from my life, until I met Deva Wild last Spring. Unblocking and unlocking places of density, to arrive at the ground of my being, a wild, radiant creature within.
